Adding a WebSphere managed node

After you have created a profile using the following command

cd /var/apps/was61nd/node6102/bin
./manageprofiles.sh -create -profileName node6102 -profilePath /var/apps/was61nd/node6102/profiles -templatePath /var/apps/was61nd/node6102/profileTemplates/managed -cellName node6102 -hostName node6102.webspheretools.com -nodeName node6102 -startingPort 12000 -isDefault -enableAdminSecurity true -adminUserName wasadmin -adminPassword wasadmin

You can federate the new profile into a WAS cell to create a managed node.

./addNode.sh dmgr61.webspheretools.com 10003 -conntype soap -profileName node6102 -username wasadmin -password wasadmin
